Ballet, Gymnastics, Spanish, Chess, and Drama are also available to children and the daily schedule is adjusted to accommodate those participating in extra curricular activities. We give advance notice of closings such as some national holidays and we keep early closings to a minimum. Annual Graduation Day for Kindergartners, usually in June, requires an early closing, to properly prepare for the evening ceremonies.

STAFF
Staff members at Montessori International are sought for such personal qualities as dedication, integrity, reliability and stability. Each must have an optimistic attitude towards life, warmth, compassion and sensitivity to the needs of all our children.
Although not required by the State of Florida or Broward County licensing, we seek Staff that are college degreed in the areas of study that will most benefit our children. In addition to State and County requirements, our Staff receives and maintains specific Montessori training.
We are pleased to participate in your children’s Birthday celebrations, help our After-Schoolers with homework, recognize new additions to families and celebrate with you all special accomplishments.
We practice “Do as I do” rather than “Do as I say.”
